We met kari through the book a viewing on the Zillow app. She was amazing from the start! We were able to work together with ideas what we ultimately wanted and understood where our lines were in the sand. Our search ranged from Woodland Park, Colorado Springs, Castle Rock, Lakewood and Aurora. After 6 months of searching, many showings etc etc… we found our forever home! Fortunately, we had time on our side to be picky so we could find the right home, lot and price so we weren’t house poor. I cannot recommend Kari enough!

Brent and Jen are the very best you could possibly ask for. They were there every step of the way and solved problems that I had no clue about. It was our first time buying a home so it was all new to me. But willthanks to Brent he walked us through every step and kept us in the loop on what was happening and what should happen next. The other really great things was he was ready and willing to work on our behalf to get the best deal for us and address any issues that came up. I could go on and on about how great he was. If you need the best agent around seriously consider Brent. I don’t think that there is anyone better or more committed to doing the very best for his clients.

Stephanie was recommended to us by another realtor we trusted and we are so glad she did! Stephanie worked hard for us and was readily available to answer any questions we had. She got us into homes for walk throughs quickly. One thing we really appreciated about her was she didn't try to sugar coat things or try to convince us to buy something that wasn't right for us. Her knowledge of the area, the neighborhoods, houses and their structure were thorough and wonderful. She was a reliable and honest guide through the whole process. Thank you for all your hard work and getting us into a home we love.

It's been an absolute pleasure working with Colten and securing our first house!
She is not only a top notch agent, she is awesome person to work with. In my opinion she has become a good friend! She lives in the same area as my house for sale is located so knew the area well.
I worked with Rob to buy a house in Woodland Park. On a near weekly basis, he drove 2 hours to me to look at a house, and would give me very candid and straightforward advice "This is acceptable, that's not how it should be" and "You know this isn't the one you're looking for". Despite the fact that every showing resulted in him driving 4 hours round-trip, Rob was still happy to come out and work with me on less than 24 hours of notice, and he walked me through at least half a dozen houses. When I wanted to offer, he had it written before I even got home, and when it was time to negotiate, he always put me in the absolute best position- even if the best position was walking away. I quite literally kept him up at night providing input on houses and working out potential offers on houses that we would end up not buying... but through it all, he remained steadfast. Rob is also an incredible negotiator. He negotiated HEAVILY on the house that I ended up buying, and although the seller had listed it "as is, no repairs permitted", Rob managed to negotiate a new roof and significant seller contributions to closing costs. We weren't the only offer, either. The seller called Rob to push us into a "best bid" scenario in the middle of the night, and Rob not only called me to work out our best plan, he actually drafted and sent the offer in the middle of the night, which, although a bit of a calculated gamble, resulted in us getting the absolute best price for a house. Every time I have ever worked with Rob, he has always provided the best advice I've ever had from a realtor, expressed unwavering patience, put up with some seriously questionable sellers, and ultimately landed a deal that neither of us thought was even possible. Notably, Rob also surrounds himself with great people. Everyone on his closing staff are incredible, and his recommended mortgage broker is simply unmatched. If you're looking for the best realtor in Colorado, you're looking for Rob.
I've known William for years and knew that when the time was right for us to buy our first home that he was the agent we were going to call.
