Linda has the right combination of being very knowledgeable about real estate and being very customer focused. She was always on top of anything that impacted my listing. She knew where to go to take care of a number of unusual hurdles relating to the property including the title of the property itself, insurance issues and financing for prospective buyers. She worked very hard for me including working the buyer's agent through some things they didn't know. She got a difficult property sold in a reasonable time for a good price.

Linda was the seller's agent for our recent purchase of a multi-acre lot that was being split from a larger parcel. It was our first time buying an unimproved lot to build on and we overwhelmed our agent with questions. Linda took the time to not only meet with us on the property and answer all of our questions, she gave us a tour of the larger parcel on her UTV.
