She had the property staged to look it's best - making it show off the unit's brightness and size. Although I originally anticipated a higher selling price, I had to consider that it wasn't a year ago, prices had gone down somewhat, and upgrades to the kitchen hadn't been done yet. The Holly's wisdom and care made it easy to work with her and also to feel that she was doing the best she could to sell it under the parameters that I, as seller, had.
