My love for real estate started when I won my first home in a HUD auction in 1992. Since then I’ve been involved in 12 of my own personal real estate transactions. Being both a buyer and seller in up and down real estate markets, I know how stressful it can be. I strive to give my clients the knowledge, communication and assurance they need to arrive at a successful closing. After moving to Colorado in 1986, I lived and worked all along the front range so I am familiar with many parts of Colorado. I currently reside in Tabernash, near Winter Park Resort and enjoy skiing, mountain biking and hiking in my spare time. My professional background is in advertising, marketing and entrepreneurship. I have started four successful businesses in Colorado and enjoy the excitement of bringing a good idea to life. Highly recommended!

Stephanie was awesome in the sale of our home! Professional, friendly, attentive, great communications, worked hard, listened to our concerns and ideas well, and had great follow up! We just couldn't have asked for more. Our sale was a little stressful at times and Stephanie hung in there with professionalism and calmness, always providing good understanding and great suggestions. Superb knowledge and skill

I have never had such a skilled, patient and expert realtor. Our experience with Stephanie as our buyer's agent was excellent. We had complicated needs and it was a tough market, but she was an expert navigator around complex topics involving wells, septic, road plowing, and quirks of Grand County governance. She would be a great realtor in any market, but her experience in the mountain areas was invaluable. She also gave great advice on negotiating strategy. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Stephanie was a great asset in selling my home. Professional, knowledgeable, great communicator. I felt like she had my back. She was very effective in negotiating a good deal.
