I used Bob to sell my house in Highlands Ranch. Even though it was a challenging market in which to sell a home, my house was one of the few that sold instead of lingering on the market as many did. I credit that to Bob's expertise and marketing tactics. He was great with always keeping me updated about showings and feedback from potential buyers. Once my house received an offer, he was good about talking through through the offer and counter offer, so that I felt that I got the best possible deal for my home. He also put me in contact with a realtor in the area of the country where I was moving to help me purchase a house there. I wouldn't hesitate to use Bob again and recommend his services.

Hands down the best experience selling a home. Bob and his team are so knowledgeable of the market, the area, the builders, and the overall sales process. In addition their communication and availability was wonderful and very reassuring. We felt like they cared as much as we did about our property and our family. Chris Jackson was a joy to work with. He worked hard to achieve our goals and got a full-price offer in the timeframe we needed to close on our new build. He stands out among all the other realtors we’ve used in several ways. MARKETING - Chris hired the best photographer we’ve worked with, who produced stellar, golden-hour pictures and video (including drone video) of our home. And Chris promoted the listing across all major platforms. But the real surprise for us was the open houses. Saturday and Sunday every week, Chris held open houses and actually found our buyer through them. COMMUNICATION - Chris is a concise and speedy communicator. We were never in doubt about what he and his team were doing or what we should be doing to make the sale process effective. He texted and called right away if we needed anything or if there were any developments on the sale. DILIGENCE - Chris never dropped the ball, and on the one occasion that one of his vendors slipped, he fixed the situation effectively and immediately. ATTITUDE - Like most, we sometimes found the sale process stressful. But Chris approached every interaction and every situation with a mix of energy, levity, and professionalism that put us at ease. He was skilled at defusing any worry on our side and making everyone feel good about the deal. KNOWLEDGE - Chris knew the market and his insight regarding pricing was very valuable. He also has so much experience, he knew how and when to head off any issues before they became problems.

We couldn’t be happier to have chosen Chris as our realtor. This was the 5th home we’ve sold over the years and by far the best experience. Chris knows the market like no one else, and has sold more than 30 homes in our neighborhood alone. His experience and competence resulted in an accepted offer on the 3rd day of listing, and we were through the inspection, negotiated repairs, and closing 3 weeks later, all while we were living in Montana. Chris had a bevy of contractors to recommend for a variety of services and repairs, as well as a stylish stager to make our home stand out. His photographer was amazing and the marketing videos showed our home to best advantage. He arranged an impromptu open house on the 2nd day generating a flurry of interest. He even took care of a quick garage door fix himself! His communication style is direct and thorough, which was much appreciated, we always knew what was happening and what to expect. Chris is on another level and knows his business inside and out. We can’t recommend him enough and I’d give him 10 stars if I could!!

Phill was our buyer's agent on this transaction. He helped us to negotiate and purchase the property at a price that was well under market value. Phill did a great deal of research and found information about the property including access, site plans, previous testing, etc. that the seller's agent was unable to provide. This was a fast track transaction, we closed on the property 2 weeks after negotiations were finalized. Phill helped us jump through every loop and over every hurdle. It was a seamless closing on a complicated property. Phill is truly amazing!
