She studies the market to get you the best price for you whether buying or selling a home. She will work with you and the other parties from making an offer to closing the purchase or sale. She's with you every step start to finish from walking through the home, making and countering offers, smoothing out disagreements between parties, to being with you at closing. But even after closing, she's on your side to work any problems that may pop up. To work through all of the neuances and stress of purchasing or selling a home, she has a support cast that is also top notch, whether it be scheduling or financing needs. Finding a person that really works for you and is sincere, caring and dedicated about her duties and responsibilities to you her client, is a hard person to find.
