She studies the market to get you the best price for you whether buying or selling a home. She will work with you and the other parties from making an offer to closing the purchase or sale. She's with you every step start to finish from walking through the home, making and countering offers, smoothing out disagreements between parties, to being with you at closing. But even after closing, she's on your side to work any problems that may pop up. To work through all of the neuances and stress of purchasing or selling a home, she has a support cast that is also top notch, whether it be scheduling or financing needs. Finding a person that really works for you and is sincere, caring and dedicated about her duties and responsibilities to you her client, is a hard person to find. We’ve worked with Christine twice now. First when we bought our condo 5 years ago and again when buying our home, and both times were great experiences. She really knows what she’s doing and made the whole process easy for us to understand and enjoyable. She helped us find homes in the school district we wanted and with most of the features we were looking all within our budget. She was able to negotiate with the seller of our current home to take care of many of the problems that would have been costly to fix, like replacing the roof and damaged siding, and still kept the price of the home at asking along with the addition of seller credits to buy down our rate. What we appreciated most was how honest and helpful she was, she pointed out things that could be possible deal breakers in some of the homes we were interested in, such as possible foundation issues and mold problems. Christine also gave us simple, affordable ideas to fix up the not so great stuff like spray painting the front of our outdated fireplace with heat resistant black spray paint to make it look more modern.
