We had an offer on a house we really wanted, but it was contingent on selling our home. The market made a downturn due to government shutdown and then heading into the holidays, so Ashley went into overdrive to get our house sold, making a video and posting it all over social media. We finally got an offer but they were the buyers from hell. Ashley put in so many hours trying to placate their unreasonable expectations and bring them back up to a viable price, and closed the deal.

Ashley went above and beyond to get us into our Roxborough home, and we LOVE it here!!! The market took a turn after we made our offer, so it took longer to sell our house than we ever imagined it would. We still got the house three months later, even though other offers came in for it during that time. We are grateful for the owners waiting for us and Ashley's perseverence in getting us into our dreamland.
