Ashley is a proactive realtor looking out for your best interest. She stays in touch, answers all questions and is tireless in trying to get the best deal for you. Her knowledge about what is out there in the market keeps you on track. There were a couple of houses we liked that we may have “settled” for but she knows what to look for so she kept us from getting into a bad situation that may have cost us a lot of money. We had an offer on a house we really wanted, but it was contingent on selling our home. The market made a downturn due to government shutdown and then heading into the holidays, so Ashley went into overdrive to get our house sold, making a video and posting it all over social media. We finally got an offer but they were the buyers from hell. Ashley put in so many hours trying to placate their unreasonable expectations and bring them back up to a viable price, and closed the deal.

Ashley went above and beyond to get us into our Roxborough home, and we LOVE it here!!! The market took a turn after we made our offer, so it took longer to sell our house than we ever imagined it would.
