Ashley Behrens is the person to see if you're interested in buying a new home. We were under a serious time deadline, so we had to move quickly. To make it even more complicated, we were living hundreds of miles away, so we didn't have the luxury of being able to go see houses except on a very limited basis. Nevertheless, because Ashley listened...really listened to what we were looking for, she was able to show us several possibilities (first through video walk throughs, then in person).
