The market today is pretty rough. Especially our overlooked zip code. Finding a buyer took longer than we initially thought it would. Almost six months. We were close to pulling the property and waiting until next spring. Since Bill has worked this market for so long and knows a lot of other agents he was able to find that unique buyer by networking with another agent he had known for decades. That agent had a buyer looking for a golf course home, which we had. It actually turned out to be exactly what the buyer was looking for.
