My experience with April and the Denmon group - I’m not sure it could have gone any better. And I had a three week close! EVERY step of the way they never left me, answered every question, and explained need for each document requested. Even the lending team! You often think banks are all about themselves but the Denmon group lending team was never rude, or impatient and they actually helped me figure out what the underwriters were trying to understand about my financial history. The paved the way for a very smooth lending experience. And April! She will fight for a window screen and a door lock if it means her client gets the home they wished for and PAID for!! Complete attention to detail. From the negotiation through the inspection, and she’s right there until you move in. She’s not leaving your side. If they can do all that for a thee week closing then I know you’ll be even more impressed, and taken care of, on any closing!
