Christina Bretado

Working with Christina was really great, she helped us in everything we needed and guided us until we got our house. At the time we started the process I was a few months pregnant and she and her team helped us to make everything go fast and it was worth every minute we talked and organized things. He understood very well how we wanted our little house and always gave us the best opinions regarding the houses we had seen. If you have the opportunity to work with Christina, don't miss it, it will be your best experience buying your house!!

Christina was absolutely amazing throughout my home purchase process. As a first time home buyer you don't know what you don't know, and I am so lucky that I had Christina as my realtor who took the time to explain everything to me, answer my questions, and really make me feel comfortable about all aspects of the home buying process. I truly don't think I would have gone through with the process if it wasn't for her! She was always available for any questions that I had, and I truly felt like she had my best interest at heart every step of the way. If you are looking for white glove service through your home buying process, look no further than Christina. She will make the process smooth and easy and will be there for all of your needs. Thank you Christina for helping me find the perfect home and helping me throughout the process! I couldn't have done it without you!

Working with Christina was a true pleasure. More than just an agent, she felt like a friend who always looked out for our best interests and completely adapted to our schedules. She was available 24/7 for any questions we had and never pressured us into a house; instead, she listened closely to our needs to show us the ideal options. She provided all the necessary information for us to make the best decision and guided us step-by-step, recommending great options for the home inspection and insurance, while always giving us the freedom to choose on our own. She was right there with us until the very last moment of the closing. Sometimes as Latinos, we feel it’s hard to find someone who truly understands us and builds that level of trust, but Christina was exactly what we needed to find our home. We recommend her 100%!

Juan & Christina are not just realtors they became our friends. They navigated the sale of our house with the utmost professionalism and we got the maximum proceeds from the sale of our property. We were not in town for most of the process and they helped us with every step and provided assistance when needed. If we had to do it all over again we would pick Juan & Christina to be our realtors again! They truly are the best in the business!!
