He sent us videos as he toured through prospective units and gave us his opinion on pros and cons. He also went above our expectations by attending two property inspections and asking questions that we would not have considered. He also provided us with a list of repair vendors. Josh met with our new property manager and we hope to rent out the unit very soon. Working with Josh was seamless.
