I can't say enough positive things about Juhi Johnson. She demonstrated her market knowledge by pricing the house right and it sold for 99.8% of the asking price. Along the way we uncovered a plethora of problems, and Juhi proved her expertise in solving them. Her database of contractors and "fixers" is awesome, and she worked tirelessly to resolve every problem. Along the way she communicated constantly and explained all the Real Estate nuances in clear, concise language. I can’t recommend Bill more. He made a typically stressful process fun, engaging, and very transparent. He always made time for us and worked incredibly hard to make sure that we got a house that my boyfriend and I loved (as well as our spoiled furry friend). He educated us and advocated for us at all points along the way, making sure we understood exactly what next steps were, what each document meant, and how different aspects affected us both long & short term.
