Monica is a knowledgeable go-getter who got us into our dream home! Our starter home (also purchased with Monica!) was a was no longer working for our long term goals of expanding our family. We casually spoke to Monica about this, and she was very supportive. While we weren't quite ready to move, Monica gently pushed us to find a home that worked for us at the right time. Once we found our dream home, Monica guided us through the offer process, making sure that our offer was fair for both parties. After it was accepted and we were under contract, Monica also helped us sell our old home. She helped us stage our home and connected us with a great photographer. She also connected us with a handyman to fix a couple of things! After offers came in, she helped us decide which was the right offer for us. Buying and selling and moving are stressful life events, but we're so glad we worked with Monica. She helped make the whole process was smooth, and we always felt like we could ask Monica anything about home buying/selling. Samantha is a top-notch realtor. She is responsive 24/7, and priced our house right where it needed to be to get multiple offers and traffic into our residence. We were on the market for roughly 24hrs and had three showings and two offers at and OVER full price. Samantha was calculated and worked with the multiple agents to insure we received the highest offer possible. Samantha's negotiating skills are second to none. Samantha paid for professional photographs and facilitated us getting the house staged. Samantha also paid for pre and post-sale cleaning.
