When we started working with Mollie, we had a very narrow scope of what we wanted when it came to our home purchase. Mollie took our requirements and ran with them - knocking on doors, calling contacts, and finding us pre-market properties to look at, which gave us lots of options when it came to our purchase. We were amazed by how hard she works, how kind she is, and overall found her to be a great listener who is easy to to talk to. She helped us navigate all of the difficulties that came up during our search, and was determined to find us our dream home in a timely manner, which was time-sensitive and critical because we needed a bigger house and better layout for our baby boy! Besides having a narrow scope, we were also trying to buy in a desirable neighborhood, and Mollie helped us navigate the competition and stress that comes with that. Overall, Mollie found us our dream home and helped us seal the deal on the purchase, helping with issues that arose during the purchase and guiding us through with ease.
