I especially appreciated the skill with which Jen worked with the eventual buyer's agent, navigating the process all the way to the end. Jen is the entire realtor package with bow on top. She is so knowledgeable and uses all the tools in her tool box to market your home. The staging consultation, the photography and videos w drones sent our listing over the top! Jen is so personable and supportive through the entire process of selling your home. She has many perks that no other realtor offers. She has your home professional cleaned after move out is just one small example! We would recommend Jen and her team to sell a home for you.

Working with Pam to find the perfect property was the best decision! This is our second time purchasing a home, first time working with Pam. While it wasn't our first time going through the home buying process, we made some big changes which made it a bit more intimidating. We were looking to move from the suburbs to a couple acres for a complete change of lifestyle. I can't believe how hard she worked on finding us the right home; don't even know if she sleeps. Any questions we had on listings, she would either already have the answers or contact the listing agents to confirm immediately. If we weren't interested in something, she listened and never tried to push us on any home we had buts about. Her level of dedication and professionalism is incredible. At one point we got really close to making an offer on a home, while we looked over paperwork, she continued to do more in depth research on the home and its history, neighborhood, etc. Before submitting an offer she provided more information on the property that wasn't otherwise easily available. New information ultimately made us walk away from it. It felt petty at the time. We were worried it would be a waste of her time to get us that far just to walk away. However, she reassured us that she was on our side and would do everything to help us make the best decision on a home. She kept on with the same momentum until we found our property. She held our hand through the entire process, answered every question thoroughly every time, provided the best inspectors, and fully represented us through it all. Buying a home is a big deal, you should work with someone that is amazing at their job, has unmatched level of professionalism, and will be on your side the entire process. Pam is that person, work with her. She's definitely the best realtor in Colorado, probably the Country, maybe the world!

Not only does Pam have a superior knowledge of the market and the Denver Metro area, but she is tenacious. She got us into showings we thought were unavailable, she gave us insights we didn't know we needed and she didn't rest until we found the perfect home in the perfect location. She fought hard for our bid, and set us up with a finance partner that could make it work for us. She knows the best inspectors, and helped us solve problems with our new home before they ever arose. Pam helped us find our forever home and we are so grateful and happy, but if down the line we decide to upgrade, there is no one I'd ever work with. Pam is the absolute best.
