Real estate teams in Arapahoe County

With the first meeting I had with Juan I knew I was in good hands. He was so prepared in that first meeting with documents and knowledge of the area I lived in. He was straight forward with his plan and approach to selling my house. When it came time to put the house on the market he went the extra distance on Photos, listings, and overall preparation of the house to make it stand out from anything else around me. Everyone involved in getting my house ready was professional and courteous. The listing of my house looked great with the photos really making it stand out. There was constant communication about everyone that was interested in the house, what has happening with the current housing market, and a weekly plan. Once we got an offer he was able to answer all my questions and even reviewed the final paper work to make sure everything looked good. Jeannie was also a great addition to the team and really took time to also get questions answered. She made sure the house was in perfect condition during the open house weekends. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a realtor to contact Juan.

Working with Christina was a true pleasure. More than just an agent, she felt like a friend who always looked out for our best interests and completely adapted to our schedules. She was available 24/7 for any questions we had and never pressured us into a house; instead, she listened closely to our needs to show us the ideal options. She provided all the necessary information for us to make the best decision and guided us step-by-step, recommending great options for the home inspection and insurance, while always giving us the freedom to choose on our own. She was right there with us until the very last moment of the closing. Sometimes as Latinos, we feel it’s hard to find someone who truly understands us and builds that level of trust, but Christina was exactly what we needed to find our home. We recommend her 100%!

Selling my home felt overwhelming because I needed to sell quickly, but from the very beginning, Juan made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly meticulous, organized, and paid attention to every detail, which gave me complete confidence that everything was being handled the right way. What impressed me most was how quickly he got everything moving. He worked around my schedule, was always responsive, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel effortless. Thanks to his expertise, dedication, and hard work, my home sold in an incredibly short amount of time. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better Realtor. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, efficient, detail-oriented, and genuinely committed to getting results for his clients, I highly recommend him. I’m so grateful for everything he did and wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again.

Debbie was fantastic throughout the entire process. She encouraged us to list our home higher than we thought we could, and we ended up selling for more than we initially thought we would! From the beginning of our contract through closing day, she worked diligently to ensure the transaction ran smooth and that we were up to date on everything going on. She gave us great advice on negotiating with our buyers, and at the end of the day all parties to the transaction were very happy with the results! We would highly recommend Debbie for any real estate needs you may have!

Debbie was the pushing force behind getting my home sold! She scheduled contractor for carpet, paint, and ac installation. She went above and beyond and managed the whole thing from beginning to end and made it a completely painless process for me! I couldn't be happier with her or her knowledge she truly is the best!

Debbie has an incredible depth of knowledge regarding real estate in the state of Colorado and on a national level. Debbie continually educates herself on current regulations and market trends to ensure that she provides the best possible service to her customers. If you work with Debbie, you will find that your purchase or sale with move through the process with efficiency and it will appear to be effortless. You will feel as if you are her only client because she is always cheerful, attentive, timely, courteous, and kind. I have purchased and sold a few homes with Debbie over the years and would not consider working with any one else. I strongly recommend that you make your life easier and work with Debbie. You will not be disappointed.

I have known Jen Steelman for more than 20 years. I just recently closed on my 5th home with the Erb/Steelman team and the market knowledge/expertise Jen brings to the table is second to none. My home needed a little love before putting it on the market and Kathleen took care of it all: tree trimming, landscape, carpets, hardwoods, paint, repair and cleaning was completed within 2 weeks. There was daily communication and I was a part of every decision. The best part, I have gotten over asking AND had a quick closing for every house I have sold with this team! Jen and Kathleen are simply the best!

We just bought a house in Colorado with Jen and it was fantastic. We are currently living in California so we relied on Jen a lot to help guide us through the process. Her expertise and decisiveness were crucial in making sure we only came to look at a house when it would truly be a good fit. And once Jen guided us to the perfect place, she continued to be great through the negotiation and closing process. We've sold a house with Jen and now bought one with her and will continue to work with Jen in the future. Couldn't recommend more!

They provide personalized service are always attentative and would recommend them to anyone anywhere in need of real estate services/

Selling our “forever” home was one of the most emotional and unexpectedly complicated decisions we’ve ever made, and we are endlessly grateful that we had Amy guiding us through it. Having worked with her before, we already knew we were in good hands—but this experience reminded us just how exceptional she truly is. From day one, Amy approached our sale with strategy, care, and professionalism. The listing photos were stunning, the marketing was thoughtful, and the open houses were executed flawlessly. Amy brought in strong traffic- in a competitive market we had stronger traffic than the other homes in our neighborhood. Where Amy really shined, though, was in the negotiation and follow‑through. She worked tirelessly to get the deal across the finish line, navigating minor inspection issues with expertise and keeping everything on track. Even when we were exhausted and ready to just “be done,” she stayed steady, patient, and focused, advocating for us and protecting our interests. Her communication was consistent, guidance was spot‑on, and commitment never wavered. It’s rare to find someone who combines market savvy, genuine empathy, and relentless work ethic the way Amy does. If you’re looking for an agent who will show up for you every step of the way—especially when the process gets overwhelming—look no further. We couldn’t recommend Amy more highly.

When I started my house search, I thought I knew what I wanted. I don't know how many changes I made to the criteria I had in mind, but Maureen supported me through all of them until I found the perfect house. In the course of the search, we had to deal with sellers and brokers we believe were not acting in good faith but that didn't deter Mo or Tim. Tim was the one who encouraged me to take a second look at the house I eventually bought because he thought it could be transformed to be what I wanted without major changes. And he was right. Both Mo and Tim have extensive knowledge of the market and could answer all my many questions. I think most important, they were both always professional and listened to what I had to say. There was never any pressure. They just wanted me to find the new home that was the best choice for me. I am so very glad, when the decision was made that I needed to move, that I picked up the phone and called Mo.

Mo will always be our agent. She is knowledgeable, personable, honest, and warm. As first time homebuyers my husband and I had no idea the chaos we were walking into or how truly overwhelming this process is. Mo was patient, answered ALL of our questions, and really tried to understand from our perspective where our hesitations were coming from. Even though she is way beyond that and has expert experience, she never pushed us. Tim and Mo care about the people they are helping and not about the sale of a house, and we are so grateful it was her we worked with.

Maureen is an amazing agent! She helped us find the perfect home and was a pleasure to work with! Very thorough and incredibly professional — 5 stars all around!

Joan works hard for you. She is knowledgeable and creative in making attention-getting offers, which is essential these days, with every reasonably priced home getting multiple offers. She builds relationships to make the process easy, and is just plain enjoyable to spend the day with. We will and have recommended Joan to many friends.

We never realized the value of a good realtor until we hired Joan Garreffa. Realtors can do as little or as much as they want for their clients. Joan made the house buying process absolutely seamless for us as we were moving from out of state. She went above and beyond in so many ways that made our situation so much easier. She is incredibly organized and seemed to have any information we needed at her fingertips! Prior to moving, my husband was in a car accident where his car was totaled. He had been dealing with some medical issues related to the accident and Joan got him in touch with the specialist to be seen when we got to town. She helped us with information to get out kids enrolled in the new school system, she even spoke to a school counselor on our behalf. She gave us contacts to register our kids on sports teams. She gave us recommendations for services for movers, painters, carpet and cleaning and helped us coordinate to have them in the house as soon as we closed. Every time we asked for something, her immediate response was "I'm on it!" She worked tirelessly to help us through negotiating and difficulties with the seller of our house when they wouldn't vacate the property. She also worked very well with the seller's agent and trouble shooted like a pro! Her communication skills are top notch. One of the best things about Joan is the positive energy that she constantly exudes! She always brought our spirits up with her optimistic attitude when we were feeling stressed and overwhelmed. We could not have make it through this difficult transition with so much ease were it not for Joan and her amazing skills. She just always knew what was needed and was there to help! We would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone!

Joan was a blessing. Moving from another sate in the middle of the pandemic was stressful enough. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly to work with. Joan always kept us informed and used her expertise to guide and give us her best service. She always went above and beyond. Thank you Joan for giving us the best service. We highly recommend Joan Garreffa.
