We never realized the value of a good realtor until we hired Joan Garreffa. Realtors can do as little or as much as they want for their clients. Joan made the house buying process absolutely seamless for us as we were moving from out of state. She went above and beyond in so many ways that made our situation so much easier. She is incredibly organized and seemed to have any information we needed at her fingertips! Prior to moving, my husband was in a car accident where his car was totaled. He had been dealing with some medical issues related to the accident and Joan got him in touch with the specialist to be seen when we got to town.
