When I started my house search, I thought I knew what I wanted. I don't know how many changes I made to the criteria I had in mind, but Maureen supported me through all of them until I found the perfect house. In the course of the search, we had to deal with sellers and brokers we believe were not acting in good faith but that didn't deter Mo or Tim. Tim was the one who encouraged me to take a second look at the house I eventually bought because he thought it could be transformed to be what I wanted without major changes. And he was right. Both Mo and Tim have extensive knowledge of the market and could answer all my many questions. I think most important, they were both always professional and listened to what I had to say. There was never any pressure. They just wanted me to find the new home that was the best choice for me. I am so very glad, when the decision was made that I needed to move, that I picked up the phone and called Mo.
