She never pushed us to do anything like some other realtors we talked to did. Even the smallest details that we mentioned she remembered during the numerous showings we went to. I have sold 4 houses and bought 5. Gabby is HANDS DOWN the BEST realtor I have ever worked with! Due to layoffs, we were selling a house in a buyers market, and Gabby told us all of the right things to do to get our house under contract in three showings! My husband and I also didn't think we'd be able to afford another house, so we were planning on renting. After I let Gabby know we'd prefer to buy, but didn't think we could afford it, she found us an amazing new build in my favorite town that was in our price range. I actually like the house she found us better than the house we were moving out of, AND we're saving $900 a month! Gabby took a situation that could have been really traumatizing (getting laid off, having to sell our house, and not knowing where we were going to move) and made it feel like miricles were happening in our lives. And she did it all with encouragement and a smile on her face. She's brilliant!!!

Gabby is amazing, I had been thinking about buying a house for some time but my partner and I had just decided to wait and see if interest rates were going to go down. On a whim we agreed to go see some new builds with some great interest rate deals and we went from “we are going to wait” to “ oh we are moving in two weeks.” Gabby is super knowledgeable she got a lot of information for us from the builders did most of the communication for us, was super aggressive when she needed to be. After we closed we found out we had been bidding against 4 other family’s and a couple cash buyers, We wouldn’t have gotten our house if it wasn’t for Gabby and some how she did it all while being very funny personable and reassuring to us as first time home buyers.
