Amy had suggestions and knew which exact paint was best to lighten up dark Windsor Gardens apartments. She handled all the details for me as I had moved 900 miles away. Likewise, Amy handled ALL the minor repairs needed to remedy problems the buyer's inspector found ...... she knows who the honest tradesmen are. Even weeks after closing, Amy helped me settle a business transaction with Windsor Gardens management/accounting. What a totally stress-free sale this was ........ from day one.
