He was straight forward with his plan and approach to selling my house. When it came time to put the house on the market he went the extra distance on Photos, listings, and overall preparation of the house to make it stand out from anything else around me. Everyone involved in getting my house ready was professional and courteous. The listing of my house looked great with the photos really making it stand out. There was constant communication about everyone that was interested in the house, what has happening with the current housing market, and a weekly plan. Once we got an offer he was able to answer all my questions and even reviewed the final paper work to make sure everything looked good. Jeannie was also a great addition to the team and really took time to also get questions answered. She made sure the house was in perfect condition during the open house weekends. We never realized the value of a good realtor until we hired Joan Garreffa. Realtors can do as little or as much as they want for their clients. Joan made the house buying process absolutely seamless for us as we were moving from out of state. She went above and beyond in so many ways that made our situation so much easier. She is incredibly organized and seemed to have any information we needed at her fingertips! Prior to moving, my husband was in a car accident where his car was totaled. He had been dealing with some medical issues related to the accident and Joan got him in touch with the specialist to be seen when we got to town. She helped us with information to get out kids enrolled in the new school system, she even spoke to a school counselor on our behalf. She gave us contacts to register our kids on sports teams. She gave us recommendations for services for movers, painters, carpet and cleaning and helped us coordinate to have them in the house as soon as we closed. Every time we asked for something, her immediate response was "I'm on it!" She worked tirelessly to help us through negotiating and difficulties with the seller of our house when they wouldn't vacate the property. She also worked very well with the seller's agent and trouble shooted like a pro! Her communication skills are top notch. One of the best things about Joan is the positive energy that she constantly exudes! She always brought our spirits up with her optimistic attitude when we were feeling stressed and overwhelmed. We could not have make it through this difficult transition with so much ease were it not for Joan and her amazing skills. She just always knew what was needed and was there to help! We would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone!
