Colten was so fantastic to work with. He was able to give us great recommendations based on his understanding of the market and our needs, and always gave us the full picture so we could make informed decisions. He never pushed his opinion on us, but would share what he thought and why. During the offer/closing process we had a lot of first-timer questions, and he was super responsive and thorough every time. We hope to stay in this house a long time, but we'll call him again the next time without a doubt.

Colten was a delight to work with, and went above and beyond in helping me prep my house for listing, which was so appreciated since I no longer lived nearby. He was extra communicative during the selling process, keeping me up to date on all activity and tirelessly following up with interested parties. I was also grateful that he offered his expert advice every step of the way, but ultimately supported whatever decisions I made.
