We were out-of-state sellers which put quite an additional burden on Tiffany. She was always responsive within minutes by text. She handled getting work people to the house as needed and even handled misdirected packages. Tiffany was always professional and got us smoothly through closing. The market was more challenging than expected due to high interest rates, a buyers' market, and a dated floorplan.

Brian was the best find ever. We were relocating to the Colorado Springs area from Gilbert Arizona, had a house to sell there (in a not so great market) and a house to find in Colorado. We went out with him a few different times and Brian gave us 100% of his time and attention, even adding multiple showings to our days in order to maximize our time.
