We were out-of-state sellers which put quite an additional burden on Tiffany. She was always responsive within minutes by text. She handled getting work people to the house as needed and even handled misdirected packages. Tiffany was always professional and got us smoothly through closing. The market was more challenging than expected due to high interest rates, a buyers' market, and a dated floorplan.
Brian was the best find ever. We were relocating to the Colorado Springs area from Gilbert Arizona, had a house to sell there (in a not so great market) and a house to find in Colorado. Brian was very knowledgeable as to the various areas we may be interested in. We went out with him a few different times and Brian gave us 100% of his time and attention, even adding multiple showings to our days in order to maximize our time. When we found a house of interest, Brian would go through it for us, videoing the house to help us decide if it was a contender. In the end, we found a great house and actually ended up using an associate of Brian's to sell our house in Arizona (amazing agent as well) and a finance lender associate in Colorado that we cannot say enough about (shout out Nicholas Kibby, realtor extraordinaire and Brad Hayes with NFM Lending).
