Amy was wonderful! She was understanding, incredibly helpful, communicative, and determined throughout to help me sell this property on behalf of a family friend. We had a very challenging situation and yet she worked so hard to represent us well and get us to closing. I highly recommend Amy and her team.

Amy knows Windsor Gardens better than any other. She responded quickly to us everytime. She had the answers to all our questions. She spent as much time as WE needed on every issue. Extremely professional.

Amy had suggestions and knew which exact paint was best to lighten up dark Windsor Gardens apartments. She handled all the details for me as I had moved 900 miles away. Likewise, Amy handled ALL the minor repairs needed to remedy problems the buyer's inspector found ...... she knows who the honest tradesmen are. Even weeks after closing, Amy helped me settle a business transaction with Windsor Gardens management/accounting. What a totally stress-free sale this was ........ from day one. I highly recommend the Grossman team. This was my 13th home sale from California to Texas to Utah to New Mexico to Nebraska, and the smoothest of them all.
