Juan was a huge help for us, as first time homebuyers we were uneducated on the process of buying a home. Juan helped us understand the whole process, dealt with the selling agent and got us the best deal on buying, inspection, etc. Also, the mortgage lender he deals directly with was great! They were able to work our FHA loan to get us to the monthly payment we were aiming for. Gabby was incredibly patient and understanding with our home search. She helped us through the process as we searched for our unique criteria. I never felt any pressure or expectancy as we walked through maybe 30 houses before finding the one we liked. Gabby was so helpful too, stepping in to help whenever I had a question or needed a resource. Gabby made the house touring fun, I really had the sense that she enjoyed showing the homes, even for those homes we realized weren’t a good fit. I also very much felt she had my interests in mind, she would step in to remind me and protect me from getting caught up in a property which would have undoubtedly been problematic for me. I’ve bought and sold many houses over the years. I’ve had some really good realtors. But Gabby was the best.

Both Jess and Misti were amazing to work with. I was in a hurry to buy and Jess made it possible from the beginning. They both worked really hard to show me all of the houses I was interested in as quickly as possible. They both made the process as smooth as possible (even with one of the houses I offered on falling through). I had no idea what I was doing and Jess talked me through every part of the process.
