Our house was in good shape, but we were moving out before it went on the market and there were some tasks that we needed help with. Juhi had some great tradesmen that she has worked with before that she recommended. We were astounded at how prompt, professional and reasonably priced every one of the tradesmen were. From washing windows and carpets to repairing items found in the inspection, Juhi's people were first rate. Juhi kept us advised throughout the process of getting the house listed through closing and assisting communications with the buyers after closing.

Rike has extremely strong market knowledge and negotiation skills. He focused in advance on getting our choices narrowed so that when we went out to look we had a good set of choices. We had a very short window of time. Our day of house hunting was extremely productive and we ended up with a home that met all of our needs. We were buying from out of town and not moving until later; Rike helped us through the pre-closing and closing process, we did everything remote and it went perfectly.

This was our best real estate experience ever and Juhi deserves the credit for it. We have never had a realtor work for us like she did. She always had clear answers to our questions and even had answers when we didn't realize that we SHOULD have questions. She knows people who can clean, paint, repair, install, etc and her recommendations for these services were stellar. In many cases she even coordinated the work for us. It's obvious that Juhi loves what she does and she's all about customer service. We feel that she went above and beyond for us. We are so very pleased with her work and highly recommend her.
