We had our Aunt pass away last year and Christina was the realtor that we picked to help us through this tough period. You helped us navigate this, and we appreciate the resources you shared to make repairs and meet some expectations, making the sale easier. I can be grouchy, and Jillann has been the best to talk to and work with. Always uplifting to talk and strategize with Jillann, and she put in the work. I want to extend a huge thank you for the help Jillann provided for the electrical problem we had. After several repairs, new carpet, and painting the home, Tracy and I were essentially broke. Bill was always very willing to show us a house when we asked. He was very patient and always listened to us as we went through this emotional journey. He had a great sense of the actual value of a house compared to the ones nearby. When it came down to actually purchasing the house, he knew just what we should and should not ask for so that the seller was willing to work with our conditions.
