Chad helped me sell my house in a challenging market. From the first call he made sure to handle all of my questions and concerns. He helped me navigate the process to get my home ready for sale by advising me on paint, staging, and other little things I had no idea would help sell the home. Chad was always quick to respond and kept me updated with feedback, showings, and finally getting the house sold for a price everyone could agree on. I would absolutely recommend Chad to anyone looking for or selling a home!

Mike helped us through the sale of our home. He was there with guidance from the start. His knowledge of current market conditions is spot on. I would recommend Mike to anyone wanting to sell their home.

First, yes I should stay in one place. But the chaos of moving and working with Spencer from Landins team made every bit of a stressful situation easier. He is honest, knowledgeable about the market and super kind. He answers questions as they arise and will walk you through any questions or hesitations you have. He is a great negotiator without being pushy and you know he’s working with integrity on your behalf. Would give more stars if I could.

Holly was absolutely fully knowledgeable about the neighborhood, pricing, and what would work for saleability. She had the property staged to look it's best - making it show off the unit's brightness and size. Although I originally anticipated a higher selling price, I had to consider that it wasn't a year ago, prices had gone down somewhat, and upgrades to the kitchen hadn't been done yet. The Holly's wisdom and care made it easy to work with her and also to feel that she was doing the best she could to sell it under the parameters that I, as seller, had. If a person truly wants to sell, we have to look at "need versus greed." There is a reason for hiring an agent... Holly was a guide and mentor through the whole process. Paperwork, realistic pricing, potential packers and movers to contact, donation centers, etc. Although I was certainly emotionally attached to my home, as most of us are, the time had come for me personally to not continue holding onto it. And, Holly came highly recommended from others who had used her in the past. They weren't wrong. She is an agent with so much integrity and kindness, you couldn't go wrong hiring her.
