First, yes I should stay in one place. But the chaos of moving and working with Spencer from Landins team made every bit of a stressful situation easier. Holly was absolutely fully knowledgeable about the neighborhood, pricing, and what would work for saleability. She had the property staged to look it's best - making it show off the unit's brightness and size. Although I originally anticipated a higher selling price, I had to consider that it wasn't a year ago, prices had gone down somewhat, and upgrades to the kitchen hadn't been done yet. The Holly's wisdom and care made it easy to work with her and also to feel that she was doing the best she could to sell it under the parameters that I, as seller, had. If a person truly wants to sell, we have to look at "need versus greed." There is a reason for hiring an agent... Holly was a guide and mentor through the whole process. Paperwork, realistic pricing, potential packers and movers to contact, donation centers, etc. Although I was certainly emotionally attached to my home, as most of us are, the time had come for me personally to not continue holding onto it. And, Holly came highly recommended from others who had used her in the past. They weren't wrong. She is an agent with so much integrity and kindness, you couldn't go wrong hiring her.

From the initial contact Jean was giving us houses to look at and then adjusting her search as she got familiar with our likes and dislikes. When we started to visit the houses she arranged a shortlist and visit schedule and when we decided on the one we wanted she led us through all the processes involved from inspection to walk through to possession. Lots of communication to keep us in the loop about what was going on and then many extra little touches to make the experience better.

I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me buy my first condo. He is one of the best and most honest people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. He always tells you the truth, gives you his honest opinion, and makes sure you feel confident throughout the process. He is incredibly patient and has excellent communication skills. He was always willing to take the time to answer my questions, explain things clearly, and make sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. He never puts pressure on you to decide and makes sure the entire process happens on your timeline. He genuinely wants you to find the right home for you rather than just trying to make a sale. Mick goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of and does absolutely everything he can to help you find the right home. His knowledge of the market is incredible, and he knows the different areas extremely well, which was a huge benefit when looking at different properties.
