Most realtors give advice or make a few calls. Shaylin actually stepped in and made things happen. She didn’t wait for us to find movers or carpet cleaners, she handled it herself and kept everything moving. This house was a huge undertaking, and Shaylin was there every step of the way. She physically helped move boxes, used her own truck for dump runs, coordinated vendors, managed the schedule, and made sure we could get the house emptied, listed, and sold as smoothly as possible. She was patient when technology became frustrating for the homeowner, kept us constantly updated, communicated clearly, and was always easy to reach. She also managed to get incredible deals from vendors throughout the process. What stood out most was how much she genuinely cared. She didn’t have to involve herself in the stress beyond the sale, but she chose to anyway because she truly wanted to help. Spencer made what could have been a stressful process feel surprisingly manageable. What stood out most was how consistently he kept me informed not just about the good news, but about every potential snag along the way. He’d walk me through scenarios I hadn’t thought to worry about, explain what they’d mean if they materialized, and then do the work to make sure they didn’t. Nothing blindsided us. Every time something could have gone sideways, we were already prepared and it never actually did. That kind of proactive communication is rarer than it should be. A lot of agents tell you what you want to hear. Spencer told me what I needed to know in order to manage my expectations. He was responsive, patient with questions, and never made me feel like I was bothering him when I needed clarification on something. She is so knowlegable as a first time home buyer I had a billion questions and the few answers she didnt have right away she would find it promptly and explain it so I could understand.
