Michelle was extremely helpful and very compassionate and caring. She went above and beyond and helping us sell our house. Laurie is extremely professional. The situation ended up being highly contentious and difficult. She handled all of it with grace and ease. I found her to be a person who has very high integrity, responsive, knowledgeable, easy to work with and the ability to stay calm and professional in very difficult situations.
