From the beginning Rob was completely thorough in investigating the homes in Highlands Ranch. He presented statistics from our area as well as the south Denver region. He presented both positive and negative aspects of our property and indicated there is a "right buyer" out there. He and his team made it possible to get our home quickly on the market with minimal stress on us. The photos in the listing along with the virtual tour attracted a surprisingly large number of showings particularly because we were selling over Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Kristen was so amazing with helping us buy a house. We had so many questions about stuff and she answered all of our worries as well as helped us understand the process and everything we needed.
