Outstanding, hard-working agent.

Sandra agreed to act as our sales agent when we decided we wanted to down-size. We laid-out the parameters for our anticipated sale and ultimate purchase of a smaller residence in a 55+ neighborhood. Sandra immediately set to work and we had a buyer within days. However, the buyers had some misfortune and the sale fell through after escrow was to close. Due to the weak market at the time, we took the home off the market and listed it again several times. It took a year before another buyer appeared and purchased the house. Sandra continued to work to sell the house through the year; updating asking price, making contacts and updated brochures. She never gave up and the sale of the house closed in the middle of June. Sandra is a hard-working, dedicated agent who refused to quit, even through the adversity of unreliable buyers and market weakness. We wish to thank her he and would enlist her efforts again, if we were ever to sell another property.

Honest, sharp, and great at what she does!

Erica helped us sell our home and made the whole process feel manageable, which meant a lot since it was our first time selling. She was knowledgeable, professional, and straightforward the entire way through. She has a lot of experience and it shows. What stood out most was how well she read people and situations. Her sense of the buyers and the local market was a big part of why things went so smoothly. She kept us informed, answered every question (and we had many!), and was genuinely supportive throughout. Couldn't have asked for a better agent. Highly recommend.

What a Pro!

A fellow Realtor recommended Rike, and I was surprised because my impression had been that he dealt exclusively in the luxury market, and my property was a “regular” house in a “regular” neighborhood. At our initial meeting, he didn’t boast (even subtly) about his sales record, which I found to be a truly refreshing distinction from other top producing agents. My home had several factors that I was uncertain how to address before putting the house in the market. Rike assessed the situation and gave me sound advice. Later in the transaction, he met me at the property on a Friday evening for a contractor meeting that took over 3 hours. I was impressed and grateful that he was there in person taking care of the un-fun details of my deal. If you work with Rike, you can expect timely communication, expert marketing, and a smooth transaction that is the result of his years of experience in the industry. It was a pleasure doing business with such a knowledgeable professional. Highly recommend!
