Phil guided me through a barrage of 2 properties (1st one failed inspection), disorienting and passive aggressive lenders, and answered no less than 1 million of my questions. As a first time homebuyer who just relocated to Colorado, Phil was a steady force in a chaotic time. He is direct and honest with his guidance and feedback and is impeccably proactive with communication - both with myself and all other involved parties. I cannot thank Phil enough for his kindness and patience for the 3 months we worked together. I intend to build sometime in the future and will trust him with every aspect of selling my current home and helping me work toward my dream home goals. Additionally, Becca, Remax's administrative staff, is incredibly kind and helpful. Once under contract, they provide a deadline calendar that was incredibly helpful. She was also very prompt is every aspect of her services. Lastly, the 2 -day free 15' moving truck was a God send. I could not recommend this Remax office, and especially Phil, with any higher regards. Choose them - you will not be disappointed.
