When we first met Rob, he came well prepared. He had a complete analysis on our property. He had prepared an extensive bound booklet with information that contains property assessment by the county and compared properties that were similar in square footage. Rob took the time to both explain the information and answer our questions. He was very professional and never made us feel that he had limited time with us.
