When we first met Rob, he came well prepared. He had a complete analysis on our property. He had prepared an extensive bound booklet with information that contains property assessment by the county and compared properties that were similar in square footage. Rob took the time to both explain the information and answer our questions. He was very professional and never made us feel that he had limited time with us. Rob was always available to answer our questions and concerns. When we got an offer on are house, Rob made the negotiations seem effortless. We came to an agreement quickly and settled the contract. Marci was absolutely amazing to work with from beginning to end. Our transaction was fairly complex, and she guided us through every step with professionalism and confidence.
