Eleven years ago, Alice was assigned to me for a corporate relocation. My wife and I are still happy to be in the same house she helped us find. After my father passed, Alice helped me relocate my mother to live closer to us and her grandchildren. Now, my mother has passed, and Alice was there to assist me with reselling Mom’s house. Through all the uncertainties and stresses, Alice was reliable and indescribably competent. It is a great feeling to have that confidence and trust in someone. So, I cannot say enough good things about Alice as a person. As an agent, she knows the whole Denver metropolitan market, not just the areas where she worked with me. I get the feeling she works as hard for every buyer and seller now as she did when she started, and with her expertise in real estate, marketing, and modern information technology, working with her has been an impressive experience. I have been excited to recommend her to other clients. I am not an optimistic person. I am cynical and my list of disappointments gets longer every day. However, I know I am truly lucky that Alice was assigned to me by chance eleven years ago.
