Ryan is the BEST real estate agent we have EVER worked with! We asked Ryan to sell our house in Colorado 10 years ago and really valued his constancy of communication, negotiating skills and advocacy for our interests. So it was a no-brainer for us to contact him as our FIRST (and only) choice to help us buy our new home when we moved back to Colorado. Ryan is always communicating, staying on-top of issues as they emerge and giving us options and expert counsel on how best to proceed. He was a great advocate for our long-term interests in purchasing a new home and codified our top priorities so he could parse the possibilities on the market by going to see them before we actually moved into the area. This was a great benefit to us, not having to spend time seeing homes we would never have had an interest in.
