Rob Stark and Erin Glombecki were an incredible team to work with! From start to finish, they were flexible, responsive, and truly attentive to our needs. They took the time to listen, understand what we were looking for, and work around our schedule. What really stood out was how calmly and professionally they handled challenges and adversity along the way. They provided thoughtful counsel and advice without ever making us feel pressured. Their knowledge of the Colorado real estate market and the different communities and areas was invaluable as we explored our options. We worked with Jamie LaNear to buy our property in Englewood as an exchange 1031. Jamie is patient, knowledgeable and very thorough.
