Crystal is patient and so very smart. She doesn't pressure people, and offers solid practical guidance through the whole process of buying a home. I never felt I couldn't be completely honest with her, and felt she was honest with me and had my best interest in mind. I have mixed experiences with realtors and Crystal restored my hope that there are really solid, ethical, smart ones out there that make it worth it.
