Crystal is an absolute real estate expert! This means she takes care of items that you may not even know exist during the buying process. She was in contact with every entity needed to ensure the city and county records are buttoned up and that we won't have headaches down the road because something wasn't filed or recorded correctly. She actively managed all aspects with the city and county, well water testers, inspectors, the builder, the selling agent and more. She cleaned up loose ends that we didn't even know existed. Beyond the peace of mind that she was doing all of the behind the scenes perfectly, she was in attendance for all of the walk throughs and moments where we wanted and needed her by our side for important decisions. Kelly sets a high bar for her profession. She is knowledgeable, but has also kept current with technology (virtual staging of rooms--a helpful concept). I was extremely impressed with her responsiveness. She was always available for a quick check in either via text or phone. She also went the extra mile with taking care of a lot of details that really weren't her responsibility. I give her my highest recommendation.
