Crystal is patient and so very smart. She doesn't pressure people, and offers solid practical guidance through the whole process of buying a home. I never felt I couldn't be completely honest with her, and felt she was honest with me and had my best interest in mind. I have mixed experiences with realtors and Crystal restored my hope that there are really solid, ethical, smart ones out there that make it worth it. I hope I don't have to work with anyone other than Crystal on real estate, she makes the process enjoyable.

She was in contact with every entity needed to ensure the city and county records are buttoned up and that we won't have headaches down the road because something wasn't filed or recorded correctly. She actively managed all aspects with the city and county, well water testers, inspectors, the builder, the selling agent and more. She cleaned up loose ends that we didn't even know existed.
