Rob Stark has extensive experience in my homes area and what the market is doing which was very important to me during this crazy time for Real Estate. Rob's entire team came out to our initial meeting and asked questions, looked around entire property to really get to know the property and to be able to field questions that came from potential buyers. They made me feel like part of their family and that selling my property was their top priority, keeping me calm and informed during the process.
Stark group initially had some difficulty prior to recognizing, adjusting and responding to this unexpected, difficult market. Additional time to market and sell the residence was unanticipated along with adjustments to responding accordingly. Ultimately, a sale was achieved albeit at a lower than anticipated price.
