I recently (April-May 2026) used Greg as my listing agent for selling my mom’s estate house in Lakewood, Colorado, and was very pleased with the quality of service, communications, expertise, and results. It should also be noted that I had to manage most of this process from out-of-state, which was not an issue. Greg made sure everything for closing was properly set to finalize paperwork from a distance. It was a very successful sale. Finally, I would wholeheartedly recommend Greg as your listing agent if you are looking for someone in the Lakewood and greater Denver Colorado area. I would have a hard time imagining an agent who could have done better with my situation, someone who removed stress from a stressful process, kept me up-to-speed, and proved his expertise at every step of the process. Molly Zeman is the best buyers agent (likely best Agent) in Denver! I cannot visualize a single thing Molly didn’t do. She steered our family away from pretty houses with structural problems. She alerted us (market knowledge) when houses we liked on line were located in neighborhoods that did not meet our stated objectives. Molly had great communication with the sellers agent and together they worked through all the price and inspection issues. Molly never slowed her efforts until the home closed. Overall, a stupendous performance. We are totally in Molly’s debt. There are simply insufficient stars to rate her performance!
