Greg Drake

I recently (April-May 2026) used Greg as my listing agent for selling my mom’s estate house in Lakewood, Colorado, and was very pleased with the quality of service, communications, expertise, and results. I interviewed seven realtors in-person over a period of time and chose Greg because of his experience, communications skills, and volume of business in the local market. When you hire someone, you really don’t know if initial communication skill and commitment to your sale will hold after the contract is signed. In the case of Greg, expectations were exceeded. Greg was extremely attentive and very accessible. There were critical times in the sale process that I needed quick answers and Greg always delivered. Greg also proved why you should work with an experienced agent. He was very well versed in every step in the process of selling a house: from outstanding marketing, to providing feedback, to negotiations, to inspections, appraisals, and closing, Greg proved his worth at every step. It should also be noted that I had to manage most of this process from out-of-state, which was not an issue. Greg made sure everything for closing was properly set to finalize paperwork from a distance. It was a very successful sale. Finally, I would wholeheartedly recommend Greg as your listing agent if you are looking for someone in the Lakewood and greater Denver Colorado area. I would have a hard time imagining an agent who could have done better with my situation, someone who removed stress from a stressful process, kept me up-to-speed, and proved his expertise at every step of the process. My firm opinion is that you really don’t need to look further for a listing agent.

Greg was prepared and had advice for anything that needed attention through out the entire process with a vast knowledge of the process i would hire him again.
