We had an outstanding experience working with Jessica from Luginbill Homes start to finish. Jessica’s knowledge of the Erie market was truly impressive, and her expertise helped us feel confident throughout the entire selling process. Jessica’s marketing strategy makes her approach stand out. She always ensured every detail was handled professionally and effectively. What stood out most was how much Jessica genuinely cared about our family. She took the time to understand our needs, priorities, and long-term goals, making us feel more like family than just clients. If you're looking for a realtor in Erie or the Front Range who is dedicated, professional, and truly invested in your success, we cannot recommend Luginbill Homes highly enough. They exceeded every expectation and made the entire experience enjoyable. Five stars isn't enough!

Jessica was absolutely wonderful to work with. She invested so much time and energy into getting our home market-ready, and her pricing strategy was spot on. Jessica is dedicated, professional, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. Thank you, Jessica, for making this such a success!

Jessica was a great realtor to work with! She, and her team, kept us informed and on track through the entire sales process. She responded to any questions in a timely manner and was our go to expert for any issues we had. The house looked amazing after staging and that showed in the photos. Price point was perfect. Between price point and having the house look its best, it was a quick sale! We would definitely recommend Jessica if you need to sell your home!

Ana was fast and thorough through the whole process, I found the house on a Monday and owned it by Thursday. I can not express enough how much this girl went way above and beyond. Not only do I have a realtor for life but also a friend!

It was a blessing to work with Ana when we were looking for our new home. We went under contract for a home we loved, but found out about some structural issues that were not disclosed as they should have been. Ana went to bat for us in finding out the undisclosed information, tried to negotiate a new deal based on our findings, and juggling all moving parts when the deal fell through and the e found another home we loved. As a seller, I was so happy with Ana’s honesty and advice when it came to putting our old home on the market. She was willing to put in the time and attention it took to sell during an off-season and was there every step of the way through the process of photos, listing, appraisal, and closing. We’ve since had Ana sell my in-laws’ old home for us, which I am thrilled to say went under contract for asking price in less than 24 hours! Thanks for being there for my family, Ana. We appreciate you!

Analise was professional , went above and beyond and go to ur home off the market in 1 week. She is dedicated and amazing at what she does. Highly recommend

Bernadette is the best, most professional agent I’ve ever met. She knows how to get your house sold and is honest and transparent through the whole process while also being caring and compassionate towards your situation…I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

I connected with Bernadette a a couple of years ago after she was recommended via a local mom's Facebook group. My family had plans to relocate from Texas to Colorado, but we were unsure of our exact timeline as we first needed to sell our land and our home in Texas. Over the full year and a half that we spent searching for a home, Bernadette was simply the most patient, helpful and amazing agent I could've ever asked for. She helped me narrow our search by answering frequent questions about the area, often raising important issues and things to think about that weren't even on my radar. She is highly responsive, considerate, and extremely well-informed. When the EXACT house that we had been waiting for popped on the market, Bernadette aided us in crafting the winning offer to beat out several other bids, and made the subsequent purchase process flow seamlessly. We couldn't be happier with our choice to have purchased a home with Bernadette. I wish I could give her more than five stars and will be recommending her to everyone I know who is looking to purchase a home in the area.

Brie was always available (even if she easily could have chosen to respond later)

Due to major life changes we had a challenging home situation to unravel. Brie was the master of finding quick positive solutions. She stayed constantly focused on helping us navigate to a new home. I've bought and sold four times in Colorado and worked with many realtors, Brie has truly been the best realtor and person I've met in the industry. She earnestly cares about finding the best for all her clients. Could not recommend her more!

Brie was awesome! From the first meeting to completing the sale we were very well taken care of by Brie. The advice that was provided to us on how to price, stage and respond to the buyers requests was right on point. Absolutely the best experience we could have hoped for in the sale of our home!
