Ryan was extremely helpful in us finding our dream home. We had found him through Zillow when we signed up for a showing on a house and Ryan was on board to help us find the perfect fit right away. We couldn’t ask for a better agent than Stephanie Fix! We’ve actually worked with her for many years now. When we first met her, she was actually the sellers agent when we bought our first home. She was also one of our neighbors for many years. When we decided to moved out of state we called Stephanie and had a great experience with her selling our first home. Then when we decided to move back to CO we called Stephanie again. She helped us pick a great agent where we were located and kept in touch through selling that home. She made herself available to us anytime we asked for additional insight or a second opinion. This time around we decided to purchase new construction and, again, we asked Stephanie to be our agent.
