I looked for quite a while for a buying and selling agent with expertise in the fundamentals of real estate markets and the business aspects of those markets. With Victoria I was happy to find an agent who had this more rigorous background, which is evident in her monthly emails. She also has an unusual level of expertise in aged houses that either need renovation or have been renovated, including through her husband’s work as a contractor. She also is well familiar with Northwest Denver, including the Sloan’s Lake and Highlands neighborhood. She was careful to point out problems with properties I reviewed and also had good suggestions for evaluating offers on the house I was selling. Would recommend her to both buyers and sellers as a top tier expertise agent.

Victoria was great! She walked us through every step of the way. She advocated for us and pointed out all the things we probably would have missed as first time home buyers. She guided us past just the aesthetically pleasing and helped us weigh all pros and cons. Now, we're in the PERFECT house for us and couldn't be happier!!!!

Steve is the consummate professional. Detail oriented, thorough, and thoughtful, Steve handled the sale of our home, and our constant questions, with grace and skill. He always had time for us and was super helpful on the myriad details, whether relating to the sale or not, that arose during the process. We moved out of state prior to putting our house on the market and Steve shoveled the snow, sent us our mail, changed batteries in the smoke detectors, changed light bulbs, shredded our files, had our sewer scoped, arranged for lawn service, delivered appliances and furniture that we had left to friends and neighbors, etc. We couldn’t have left our home in better hands.
