I had a great experience with Angela Fox. I could not have asked for a better realtor. I was having a difficult time with my home I was selling in another state which made the comparison so evident. Angela provided a wealth of knowledge and perspective on things I would not have thought of. I found a home I really loved, but I was concerned about the neighborhood being a single female. Angela went out and found two testimonials from single women my age to describe the actual vibe of the neighborhood and attest to is safety. Being new to the state, she helped me find people who could service my new home like plumbing. She was able to get a plumber to replace my water heater a day after closing. She truly though of every detail.

Jill was amazing helping me with this purchase. I bought a home in an income-restricted building through an affordable housing program and she did an amazing job helping me work through it! Because of being low-income, there are unique things you have to navigate to get through the program qualifications and the lender, and Jill was incredibly helpful in getting me through on the timeline I needed. Not to mention guiding me through what you need to do when buying a new home. I could not recommend her more!
