Kathleen Barlow

Kathleen Barlow was wonderful to work with. She was gracious, generous with her time, and willing to show me homes before I was ready to make an offer. Her early guidance helped me refine my search and focus on the right neighborhoods. She listened closely to what I wanted and to my reactions to each home, so when I was ready to move forward, I could act quickly and confidently on a home that fit my needs. Kathleen brought deep knowledge of Denver-area real estate, from neighborhood tax considerations to negotiating with builders and understanding the added costs and resale challenges of buying in a growing planned community. She kept me well informed throughout the decision-making and closing process, and I had complete confidence in her guidance. I could not be happier with the choice I made. I strongly recommend Kathleen to anyone looking for a home in the Denver area.

This is my third experience working with Kathleen, and I'm always impressed with her attention to detail, her professionalism, and the quality of her advice!

As we were preparing to sell our home, Kathleen proactively solved small hiccups with creative solutions. As a mom, wife, and neighbor, she knows how much young families juggle and worked with us in a way that did not add undue stress. She shared the strategic thinking behind her recommended listing price and calendar. And all went very smoothly as a result! Highly recommend.

I can’t sing Kathleen’s praises enough! She’s thorough, a pleasure to work with and helps guide you through what can be a stressful and overwhelming process. This is my third transaction with her and I will never look for or recommend anyone else. Even my lender remarked how GREAT she is!!

Kathleen is the best realtor I've ever worked with. She went above and beyond what I had expected from a realtor. She's friendly, smart, and helpful, and she knows what it takes to sell your home. She is very knowledgeable about the area she's working with, and keeps up to date with current market trends. Her instincts are spot-on. Always willing to add that extra touch of class to help sell your home. I would not hesitate for one second to go with Kathleen again when I need to.

Kathleen is an expert! She made showing and selling our house a breeze. Knowledgeable and organized, if she doesn't have the answer to your question immediately, she has excellent contacts with other professionals in the real estate business and can get a response quickly. She was patient, explaining the pros and cons of when to list our home and the offerings that we received, but also a tough negotiator, so you want her on your side! All in all, we had a lovely experience working with Kathleen.
